La Fédération de la natation du Québec (FNQ) Is a central player in the development and governance of swimming at the provincial level. It supports a vast ecosystem of clubs, athletes, coaches, coaches, coaches, officials and partners, while managing complex administrative, sporting and organizational operations.
For several years, the FNQ has begun its digital transformation and connected in particular on the monday.com platform. Thanks to a competent and already well-equipped team, the organization had a solid technological base. However, in a context of constant evolution of needs and the complexity of operations, the FNQ wanted to go further in order to further structure its processes and take full advantage of its human capital.
As a result of this collaboration, the FNQ now benefits from better structured and more fluid transactions. Teams become more efficient thanks to clarified processes and better use of digital tools. Increased visibility into operations allows for faster and better informed decision-making, while reducing internal friction. Managers have a clearer vision to manage activities, and the organization is now better equipped to support its sporting mission, while fully valuing the work and expertise of its teams.
